Dmitri has expressed particular concern on going out on one day that I specifically remember, citing that he had an 'ill feeling' about it. So who knows?

'Das Tor' by Faun - Great funeral song.Seraphhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14004401617756670243noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6467236423735891536.post-67112417100359294242008-02-25T02:51:00.000+00:002008-02-25T02:51:00.000+00:00The song that I've been playing over and over and ...The song that I've been playing over and over and over and over lately is Peter Gabriel's Washing of the Water. I don't know exactly what it all means for me yet but the water theme is very powerful. There's also a line that says something like "I'll have to face what I've denied" which is very Jungian-integrating-the-shadow-like.

So, for now, that's my funeral song. Never thought about it before but it's an interesting question.kenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08372377464212144183noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6467236423735891536.post-15254409467452385782008-02-21T13:57:00.001+00:002008-02-21T13:57:00.001+00:00JESAMYN: You are as clever as any of us, so hush...JESAMYN: You are as clever as any of us, so hush up your mouth. I would never have imagined from looking at Anthony's still photos, that he would appear as he does on the YouTube lectures: it was almost painful for me to see his expressions; he is a very rare breed of man. I should probably swear off his lectures, and stick to the print. Waiting for Godot was always a favorite of mine as well. . .SM Kovalinskyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12137642942538595560noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6467236423735891536.post-57093661350723901472008-02-20T13:40:00.000+00:002008-02-20T13:40:00.000+00:00Susan Marie, bless you - but it doesn't make me fe...Susan Marie, bless you - but it doesn't make me feel very proud to have made you cry.
*comfort hugs*
AND many who have attended one of Tony's lectures may disagree with your "lucky" comment afterwards! *smile*
They're all fabulous really and he's much more animated than the youtube video suggests (who unplugged you Tony?)
I've been to, er, 6 talks of his now, each differently themed from initial CTF theory; Quantum Physics; his lecture at the Scientific & Medical Network; The Golden Compass etc etc.
Being somewhat odd, I throughly enjoy lectures (anyone who has sat through an hour long Tony Blair speech to the TUC attentively has to be odd), indeed I'm going to a lecture this evening on the wonderful Samuel Beckett before going to the Theatre to see his play in Manchester (and my favourite play of all-time) "Waiting For Godot".
And I'll be popping along to some more of Tony's lectures in the next few weeks.Karl Le Marcshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01402028443489182100noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6467236423735891536.post-69090177740759495092008-02-19T23:28:00.000+00:002008-02-19T23:28:00.000+00:00KARL; You are so lucky to be at the lectures, to...KARL; You are so lucky to be at the lectures, to see him, and to hear the gasping. Indeed, in a prior run-through maybe Tony didn't avoid the lorry and as he was gleefully plowing into the back of it the last thing he heard was "Round of Blues" therefore this time around his Daemon is yelling "Anthony (Posh-Sunday or being-admonished-by-Penny name), listen to this, and take heed"
I was going to put what my funeral song was but I'm not sure that starting a funerial Top 10 is the most spiritually enlivening way of blogging.
*smile*Karl Le Marcshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01402028443489182100noreply@blogger.com
