Second Life - Episode 3

Its Cool To Care and myself spent an hour or so on Second Life today. We found that SKYPE works fine. As such what I suggest is that to facilitate communication in SL if anybody wishing to join in sets up a SKYPE account we can then set up a conference call and can all 'talk' to each other whilst interacting within SL. It is really a very weird sensation but so itladian!!!

I managed to make my way to a place called 'Publisher's Island' and found that my publisher (Arcturus) have a location there. 'Cool' and I also found a lecture theatre on a rooftop in that location. This would be an ideal location for a cyber presentation on ITLAD and CTF. I will discuss this with Arcturus next time I am in contact with them.

I am going to be very busy over the weekend but I will probably be back in SL on Monday. Maybe see you then.

Hmmm! Interesting.
*strokes chin*

I'm just reading a book by Mary Ellen Carter called "Edgar Cayce - On Prophecy".

Now, Edgar Cayce, who was a New-Age healer and theologian well before the terms were first coined, wrote something rather apt to mention at this point, and it was this:

Edgar Cayce said in his teachings that Arcturus is one of the most advanced civilizations in this galaxy; the "fifth-dimensional civilization" that is a prototype of Earth's future.
He suggested its energy works as an Emotional, Intellectual, and Spiritual healer for humanity, and that it's also an energy gateway through which humans pass during death and rebirth; functioning as a "way station" for non-physical consciousness to become accustomed to physicality.

Daemonic guidance perhaps that took Tony's book in the first instance to Arcturus publishing?

Other abilities that have been attributed to Cayce include Astral Projection, Prophesying, Mediumship, viewing the Akashic Records or "Book of Life", and seeing Auras.

Cayce claimed to have become interested in learning more about these subjects after he was informed about the content of one of his psychic readings that he had delivered, which he said he never actually heard himself as it was delivered by his "higher self"

and from humble beginnings the cayce foundation appears to have become a major archive...

and the ARE are doing lots of original research on Atlantis and the like....

Karl, no doubt you will tell us how they connect to ITLAD...?

Indeed !
Edgar Cayce is a definite case in point
*pun very much intended*

Back in the day when I was rather deeply involved in the Occultic world I remember a remarkable evening spent with a Gentleman (who shall remain nameless for reasons obvious to those who frequent certain circles) who was a student of Aleister Crowley in Sicilly and who had written extensively on Cayce.

In all my years of surreal existential natter with varying people of extraordinary interest this was certainly one of my most rewarding of pub based philosophising.

I agree that http://edgarcayce.org is indeed a veritable mine of ITLADian references and I have previously emailed Tony with this link for him to consider (hopefully he has)

As to Atlantis and the myriad of mystery civilisations: it is on my list of subjects on which I intend to write for the blog but as I seem to write one post and add about 4 new areas of reference each time, this list is now somewhat extensive.

Still, should keep me busy on Insomniacal nights and chilly Sundays
